You need a lot of legitimate websites to work all day (not optional for web work without research or change jobs). Download task by reading other web sites (no games, chat, etc..) What are the realistic solutions to solve this difficult problem? None of the website article I found on Internet addiction or cognitive solutions about people who need to use the Internet to work, but lose time from work and get out of reading related but not required-for-work online materials. Solutions? Other sites Which? The academic literature on everything.
