online gaming fraud

Has anyone received a check from Virgin Atlantic online games?
I received a check in the mail from these people that sounded good to be true, well to contact the BBB about them. This is a fraud, that when you call to give them the processing fee, take the money, the check bounces they overcharged, and you are left owing your bank the miney took that as a "conversion fee". Also, if you are in control in a way you can see that is zero, words are there, just hidden.
My mother received this "control" of $ 4177.47 today. I knew it was a scam, but had to show. I searched Google the name of the company and saw all these posts. So I called the 1-289-892-3234 phone number and a man picked up. "Hello, says warily. I say: "Hi I received my check for $ 4177.47 and want to know how to go about this?" He immediately hung up. 3 calls more, 3 more hanging UPS. Finally receipt of your machine without greeting only a phone number and a beep. I, of course, leave a message asking sarcastic How can I place this piece of paper and if you like a bag of money, my house deed and my car title. It's all a scam charming. The writing on hand without a gift sender must be dead.
