The PC game console Versus Battle
In the gaming world, some of us like to think that PC gamers rule the roost. Others, however, are difficult to console gamers. Some walk the line and the interplay of both. So either they have staying power? It is a type destined to become obsolete?
First, in the gaming world console, there are three major categories these days, Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 or Wii players. Of course, some of them have two guys and some games of the three. Personally, I'm a fan of Nintendo, however.
In a way, that competition really works for console players. Since there are three major console games, there are three very distinct sets of the game console of choice. However, these sets are always changing.
For example, I loved Banjo Kazooie and Banjo Tooie N64. Imagine my surprise when I discovered that the latest Banjo game is only way to Xbox 360! Suddenly, they are specific Nintendo games more! So now if I want to play my favorite games, I have to buy a 360. In theory, once I do, I'll see other 360 games that I like and those who buy. Probably just me. This trend is likely to cause a lot of players out there to buy more than one system and as a result, games for more than one system.
Therefore, any old school console gamers are likely to remain players console and by default, your children probably will console gamers because the games will be at home. I do not see console gaming will never die. So, computer game destined to go down the road instead?
Well, I think not, just for pure convenience. Most of us use our computers on a daily basis. If we break from work or simply move to be online chatting with friends, why not play a game, especially in an online game multiplayer? In fact, more and more MMORPG's are emerging. World of Warcraft, Warhammer and the like are not at risk of death.
Aside from that kind of comfort, there's also the convenience of space. If you play computer games, not have to deal with gaming console systems, many of the drivers games and accessories and tons of game discs and cases everywhere. A lot of computer games do not even require a disc to run.
Then there is no convenient point three. If you're at your computer playing a game that has the world in his hands, so far find information about the game. You can search game cheats, game tutorials, trailers and more. Of course, if you are playing a console game, can take time and go to your computer and search codes of tricks, but takes longer.
Ultimately, there are no winners or losers in the battle between the console and PC. I'm looking forward to Diablo III comes out PC, personally, but I'm also waiting for the day that can substitute for the Wii that my ex-boyfriend kept it, too! There is no reason why you should choose one on the other. All games are a blast!
