Is it free if I open an account on PlayStation Store?
When I went to the Playstation online store, I can not download games unless I am a member. http://store.playstation.com/store/index.vm
I'm pretty sure it is, but if something is telling you that you need to subscribe or something, forget it, unless you want to buy it.
