Does anyone have any free xbox live account membership?

Whether it’s any free trial, or even a 48 trial, I would really appreciate it if someone could help me out. I’m with a friend and my xbox live account membership just ran out. However I don’t have a credit card so I can’t extend it so would anyone be nice enough to send me a code to any free trial for xbox live.
