Error redemption Microsoft Points on Xbox Live?
When I try to redeem my points come with an error: "Unable to retrieve the information Xbox LIVE. Please try again later. Status code: 80169cc2 "It's been doing this for an hour. I tried to redeem the points for use my 360 and going to xbox.com. when I try to redeem the points on xbox.com says: "Purchases can not be completed on Xbox LIVE Marketplace on the Web at this time. Please buy this article through the Xbox. "This is frustrating. Can someone enlighten me why is this happening?
Sounds like maybe the place where you bought the card is not activated. I would recommend Xbox Live to call and check with them directly.
